Alabama SUN Bucks – Summer Grocery Benefits for Kids
SUN Bucks is a new grocery benefit available for most U.S. Families with eligible school-aged children. During the summer, families can get $120 per child to buy groceries. The state agency administering the program may name SUN Bucks differently.
Families can receive SUN Bucks in addition to other benefits like SNAP and WIC, and children can continue to enjoy free SUN Meals from local meal sites or with SUN Meals To-Go.

School is out, but meals are in. Join us this summer, June 2nd-June 26th, to receive free breakfast and lunch at your local schools. No ID or registration is required for meals. Meals are free of charge to all children 0-18 years old. Times and locations are in the flyer. If you are on the go this summer, no worries, scan the QR code to locate free meal locations across the country.
