Middle School Sports Physical Day will be on Tuesday, May 9th in the C J Donald gymnasium. We invite all student athletes and those even considering playing sports/being in the band next year. This will be the only free physical day at C J Donald this year! Parent, please make sure your student athlete picks up their physical form from the main office or their coach. We will need the front side completely filled out and signed before your student arrives in the gym on May 2nd. Click the flyer for details.
