Fairfield High Preparatory School Scholars took part in Law Day 2024 at the Bessemer Courthouse. They conducted a mock trial, asked questions, toured the facility, and were afforded an opportunity to explore the vast number of careers available within the justice system.
Special thanks to Judge Reginald Jeter and Attorney Angela Kennedy for the warm welcome and the wealth of knowledge imparted to our scholars as they begin to weigh options and make decisions about their futures. Excursions such as this offer real-world experiences and exposure to jobs that can be added to their repertoire of possibilities.
