The Fairfield City School District is pleased to announce a brand new program for the 2020-2021 school designed to have a profound impact on students in need of the service.

Join us in welcoming Emily Herring, LMSW Mental Health Services Coordinator to Fairfield City Schools.

This full-time position is the direct result of a Mental Health Grant with a four-way partnership between the State Department of Education, the Alabama Department of Mental Health, Cahaba Medical Care and our school system.

In addition to already having Cahaba Medical Care in our schools to provide immediate medical attention to our students and staff, we are  now one step closer to addressing the "whole" child by being able to meet more of their needs on campus.

Again, we say welcome to Emily Herring! We are excited and anticipating great things from this partnership.

We are Fairfield City Schools...
